Getting Started With MCP

Introduction

The Zenoz MCP server lets you talk to your Zenoz account through Claude. Instead of logging into the dashboard and searching for the information you need, you can ask a question in plain language and get an answer from your own account.

Merchants use it to check the status of an application, see which documents are still outstanding, review recent activity, and understand their account details. Each person signs in with their own credentials and sees only what their account allows.

This guide is the starting point. It explains what you need, how to connect, and where to go next.

What you need before you connect

  • A Claude account that can add connectors.
  • Access to your Zenoz account, arranged with your Zenoz team. Ask for sandbox access if you want to try it with test data first.
  • Your Zenoz sign-in details.

The sandbox uses test data, so questions and actions there do not affect live merchant records.

Next steps

  1. Connect the Zenoz server to Claude, following the connection steps in the sandbox guide.
  2. Ask a first question, such as "What is the status of my application?"
  3. Look through the example questions in the sandbox guide to see what else you can ask.
  4. Tell your Zenoz team what worked and what did not, so the production release reflects how merchants use it.
