List the merchants in your book of business and where each one is in onboarding.

Each row includes application_id, merchant_id, business_name, application_status, onboarding_progress (completed step numbers, current step and total steps), activation_state, created_at and last_activity_at.

If you are an ISO manager, the list covers every agent in your ISO, not only your own merchants. This endpoint never returns transaction, ledger, settlement, volume, fee or commission data.

Available to agents. If your agent account can't be resolved (for example it is inactive or has moved tenant), you get an empty list rather than an error.
