Deactivate an ISO (tenant)

Deactivate an ISO.

Its agents stay on it, but nobody can be assigned to it while it is inactive, and its name becomes free for another ISO to use. Deactivating an ISO that is already inactive returns it unchanged.

Available to tenant owners and admins.
