Cocoon setup summary for many merchants

Get the card-setup summary for many merchants in one call, for example to show it in a merchant list.

Pass merchantIds as a comma-separated list of up to 100 merchant IDs. Merchants you cannot see are left out of the response rather than causing an error.

Available to tenant owners, admins and members for merchants on their own tenant. Merchant users get a 404.
