Get details of Monarch's PCI Attestation of Compliance (AOC), which merchants keep on file for SAQ A.

Returns filename, sha256, bytes, valid_until, expired and uploaded_at for the current document. Returns 404 until an AOC has been published.

Available to merchant users and tenant admins.
